The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a full-time Team Lead to support its growing multi-unit franchise operation across the Northeast Atlanta quadrant. The role begins as a floating position across several clinics, with the opportunity to transition to a dedicated home location after 90 days based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include leading teams, maintaining service and operational standards, driving sales and customer service, coordinating scheduling and workflows, coaching staff, assisting with onboarding and training, and supporting managers and leadership. The position pays $18 per hour plus incentives and performance bonuses and requires prior management, key-holder, trainer, or team-lead experience, along with sales, customer service, operations oversight, leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
