The client is hiring a Team Lead Payroll Accounting (m/f/d) for its Bad Oeynhausen site to lead and develop a payroll team, prepare and review payroll and salary statements, ensure compliance and deadlines, advise clients on payroll tax and social security law, liaise with authorities and statutory health insurance providers, optimize payroll processes, and improve workflows. The role requires tax or business training focused on payroll accounting, several years of accounting or tax-firm experience, payroll and DATEV knowledge, strong German skills, and preferably first leadership experience.
