Wolt is hiring a Team Lead to oversee People Associates in Budapest and Timișoara. The role manages day-to-day HR operations, employee inquiries, team performance, process documentation, knowledge transfer, Workday onboarding, payroll coordination, and continuous improvement. The position is based in Hungary, requires working from the Budapest office at least three days per week, and seeks a bachelor's degree, people-management experience, employee lifecycle and HR-service-delivery experience, and familiarity with HR metrics and ERP systems.
