The employer is hiring a Team Lead Pipe Layer for a permanent, full-time direct-placement role in Front Royal, Virginia. The position leads underground utility crews and oversees the installation and testing of storm, sanitary, and water-main systems. Duties include reading civil plans, setting lines and grades with pipe lasers, GPS rovers, and line transfer units, directing daily production, supporting equipment operations, maintaining OSHA trench-safety procedures, conducting inspections, and completing production logs. Candidates should have at least five years of underground utility pipe-laying experience, two or more years leading crews or serving as a working foreman, OSHA 10 certification, and a valid driver's license.
