TEN Thüringer Energienetze GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Team Lead Planning Team (m/f/d) for its Ohrdruf location on an unlimited-term, full-time basis. The role leads a planning team and is responsible for safe, cost-effective grid development, coordination with municipal authorities and local utilities, investment planning, maintenance scheduling, grid analysis, operational planning, economic and technical feasibility reviews, grid compatibility checks, site approvals, and approval of grid construction projects. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, knowledge of power engineering and energy economics, practical experience, and strong communication and decision-making skills.
