Description
Volta is hiring a Platform Engineering Lead to lead a capability team responsible for a defined portion of its Kubernetes-native GPU infrastructure stack. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical direction, design and code reviews, roadmap planning, reliability and observability ownership, security integration, incident post-mortems, and people management. Candidates need at least five years of cloud platform or infrastructure engineering experience, including two years leading an engineering team, along with strong backend or systems programming, Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, networking, service architecture, and security knowledge.
