Description
Volta is hiring a Platform Engineering Lead to lead a hands-on capability team responsible for a defined portion of its Kubernetes-native GPU infrastructure stack. The role owns technical direction, design and code reviews, roadmap planning, reliability, observability, security, interface standards, incident post-mortems, and team management, while also taking on complex engineering work. Candidates need at least five years of cloud platform or infrastructure engineering experience, including two years leading an engineering team, along with strong backend or systems programming, Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, networking, service architecture, and people-management skills.
