Ramboll is hiring a Team Lead – Power Systems to combine technical project delivery with people leadership. The role leads and develops Power Systems specialists, supports recruitment and professional development, and actively contributes to complex client projects in areas such as electrification, offshore wind, data centres, and large-scale energy infrastructure. The position also coordinates multidisciplinary workstreams, builds client relationships, and supports the development of Ramboll’s international Power Systems capabilities. Applicants need a master’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related discipline, plus strong Power Systems experience, complex project delivery experience, leadership experience, and strong client and stakeholder skills.
