One Medical is hiring a Team Lead, internally called a Practice Coordinator, to lead and support its Medical Assistant team in an in-office primary care practice. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, patient communication, billing and insurance, quality, compliance, and team performance, while also performing clinical duties such as venipuncture, EKGs, vitals, vaccines, and specimen collection. The position requires at least one year of supervisory or lead experience in high-touch customer service or patient-facing healthcare, a postsecondary Medical Assistant program, and an active Medical Assistant certification. It is a full-time, in-person role in Hoboken, New Jersey, with an hourly range of $29.00 to $31.00 and benefits.
