Description
The Team Lead Procurement will lead and develop the procurement team, professionalize procurement processes, build an internal spare-parts supply chain, and drive the implementation of SAP for purchase-to-pay processes. The role also covers supplier selection and contract management, strategic negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, AI and automation initiatives, and procurement KPI management. It requires several years of strategic or operational procurement experience, team leadership experience, strong German and English skills, SAP or ERP implementation experience, and a business-minded approach to costs and supplier relationships. The salary is up to EUR 65,000 gross per year.
