Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Team Lead, Product Development to lead the development, enhancement, implementation, and management of non-trade product and financing programs for its Business & Corporate Banking portfolio. The role covers product strategy, market and competitor research, profitability and pricing management, cross-functional coordination with IT, credit, legal, and compliance teams, regional launches and training, and driving process simplification, standardization, automation, and cross-sell opportunities. The position requires a degree in a business-related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial or SME product development or account relationship management.
