Description
The Team Lead Program leads and governs Pontoon procurement and workforce-management programs, overseeing subordinate teams, complex procurement transactions, requisition activity, supplier and client relationships, sourcing recommendations, candidate shortlisting, performance reporting, compliance, and program SOPs. The role requires prior recruiting experience, at least eight years of related professional and recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and the ability to travel.
