NCC Group is hiring a Team Lead, Programme Management in Taguig City, Metro Manila, with a hybrid arrangement requiring onsite work two days per week. The role combines hands-on programme management delivery with team leadership, including coaching and developing programme managers, improving workflows and operational processes, coordinating work and workloads, managing escalations, overseeing attendance and workforce planning, preparing performance metrics, and leading onboarding and training. Candidates should have experience leading operational teams or initiatives, mentoring or coaching staff, working with KPIs, SLAs or OKRs, collaborating across global and geographically distributed teams, and using project, workforce, or service delivery platforms. A bachelor's degree in a related business, project management, programme management, or organizational development field is preferred, with equivalent experience considered.
