Follett, a leader in providing education technology, services, and content, is seeking a Team Lead, Python/Django Engineering. This role involves being the technical authority for an engineering team focused on Python/Django services, PostgreSQL, and enterprise system integrations. The Team Lead will guide architecture, ensure high-quality code, manage PostgreSQL data, design enterprise integration architectures, lead code reviews, drive CI/CD improvements, monitor production health, mentor engineers, and champion secure coding practices.
