CWS Cleanrooms is hiring a Senior QA Team Lead to maintain and improve its integrated quality management system, monitor product and process quality, coordinate internal and external audits, oversee validations and change control, manage quality agreements and supplier processes, and support CAPAs and other local QA activities. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree, five years of quality-management experience, familiarity with ISO certifications, strong Dutch and English communication, and an assertive, analytical, and decisive approach.
