ABB is hiring an onsite R&D & Engineering Manager in Faridabad, India, to lead and coach the R&D and Engineering team, own design processes and tools, develop electrical and mechanical design capacity, manage people allocation, collaborate with global R&D and operations stakeholders, and maintain technical documentation and standards. The role requires a B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field, 7+ years of experience, and familiarity with engineering tools such as Teamcenter, SAP, CAD, and motor design platforms.
