Goodwill Industries of North Florida is hiring a Retail Team Lead at its Jacksonville store to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily retail operations, sales results, donated-goods processing, revenue accounting, customer and donor service, staff training, safety, and store compliance. The role also includes cashiering, merchandise display, inventory checks, and handling customer or donor complaints. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while at least two years of prior retail experience is preferred; the position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
