Goodwill Industries of North Florida is hiring a Retail Team Lead to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in operating a retail store and meeting sales and budget goals. The role oversees donated-goods processing, customer and donor service, POS transactions, staff training, safety, inventory, and store presentation. It requires at least two years of prior retail experience, a high school education or equivalent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding retail work.
