Goodwill Industries of North Florida is hiring a Retail Team Lead at its Jacksonville store to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily retail operations, sales results, donated-goods processing, customer and donor service, staff training, compliance, and store safety. The role also includes cashiering, merchandise display, inventory checks, complaint handling, and reporting policy or employee-relations issues. A high school education or equivalent is required, while at least two years of prior retail experience is preferred; the position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
