Arcadia is hiring two full-time Team Leads in Chennai to manage teams of Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts. The role oversees workload allocation, SLA and quality performance, complex data and transaction issues, escalations, stakeholder coordination, performance reporting, coaching, process improvement, and business continuity. Candidates need 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in people management, along with analytics or spreadsheet knowledge and a UG/PG qualification. The position follows a hybrid model with overlapping shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM IST or 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
