Charisma-Tec GmbH is seeking a Team Lead SAP HCM focused on payroll and payroll processing for an IT service provider in the Stolberg area. The role leads and develops SAP HCM consultants, manages complex SAP HCM projects, oversees payroll processes, develops cloud and interface-integration strategies, and serves as a contact for internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need substantial SAP HCM consulting experience, especially in the PY module, SAP customization and project management experience, leadership potential, strong communication skills, and very good German language skills.
