WSP is hiring a Team Lead – Senior Cost Controller to lead and develop a cost control team, allocate resources, oversee deliverables, manage budgets and forecasts, analyze cost and schedule variances, apply Earned Value Management, manage change impacts, and support project performance decisions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field, 10 to 15 years of cost control experience in complex engineering project environments, and expertise in EVM, project financial control, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and change management. Compensation ranges from $94,100 to $138,000 depending on Canadian province or territory.
