MeDirect is hiring a full-time Team Lead to report to the Head of Software Development and drive the technical strategy for its e-banking and e-wealth solutions. The role involves designing scalable enterprise back-end systems, leading and mentoring developers, recruiting technical talent, executing unit and performance tests, improving code quality, collaborating with DevOps and cross-functional teams, and supporting team development. Candidates must have expertise in .NET, unit testing, multi-threading, concurrency, caching, containerization, deployment, message queuing, SQL and NoSQL databases, and Jira, Confluence, and GitLab; a degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field and at least 6 years of software development experience are required, along with 2+ years in a leadership position.
