Description
Reverion is hiring a Team Lead Software Development - Industrial IoT & Fleet Operations to lead software development at the intersection of PLC systems and cloud infrastructure. The role owns plant connectivity and secure remote access, CI/CD and OTA updates, real-time sensor-data infrastructure, streaming and time-series databases, core services, PLC integration, and the development of digital plant-operation solutions. The team lead will also mentor software developers, shape the software stack, translate business requirements into a technical roadmap, and prioritize work in an agile environment. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, several years of software development experience with hardware integration, team leadership experience, proficiency in Python, C#, or Rust, PLC familiarity, and fluent English with at least B1 German.
