Lely is hiring a Team Lead Software Testing to lead and develop a team of 7 to 14 Software Test Engineers responsible for verifying software functionality and validating software integration within robotic systems. The role defines verification strategies, supports testable requirements and data-driven validation, provides release-readiness insights, and collaborates with software, systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering teams. It is based at Lely’s campus in Maassluis, with remote work limited to exceptions, and offers a gross monthly salary of €7,000–€8,000.
