MRI Software is hiring a Database Lead to manage and lead a team of 5–10 database professionals supporting critical business applications and production environments. The role provides hands-on Microsoft SQL Server administration, Oracle database knowledge, incident and change management, performance tuning, backup and disaster recovery, capacity planning, security, automation, and technical leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 6–8 years of database administration or engineering experience, and proven experience leading a technical team.
