Description
The Team Lead supports structural engineering projects from planning through construction, coordinates resources across multiple projects, reviews technical deliverables, manages workload and risk, and mentors design technicians, design engineers, project engineers, and project coordinators. The role combines technical engineering work with leadership, client service, quality control, and team development in a consulting environment. It requires at least seven years of engineering industry experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited university is preferred, and a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
