Description
Magna Electronics is hiring a Systems Team Lead to manage a team of functional discipline engineers while performing technical systems engineering work. The role leads product system development, design reviews, requirements and interface specifications, DFMEA, testing, supplier relationships, project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least eight years of relevant serial development experience in automotive electronics, and strong systems engineering, requirements, software, and automotive standards knowledge. The position is permanent, requires current United States work authorization, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
