Peter Park is hiring a Team Lead Tech to act as a hybrid player-coach and highest technical authority for an engineering squad. The role leads architectural direction for scalable, event-driven cloud infrastructure; contributes production code and peer reviews; mentors engineers; translates business goals into technical objectives; and manages stakeholders. It requires senior-level distributed-systems experience, strong Node.js/TypeScript or C++/Python and AWS knowledge, agile and project-management proficiency, and excellent English communication. The position is permanent, 40 hours per week, hybrid with three office days in Munich, and offers EU remote-work flexibility.
