Vivaldis Office is hiring a Technical Employee – Team Lead to lead a technical production shift in Ranst, specializing in flexible metal components. The role drives continuous production improvement, identifies bottlenecks, supports safety and quality compliance, analyzes KPIs, coordinates with engineering and other departments, and applies Lean methods. Candidates need more than three years of production or engineering leadership experience, analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
