Description

Euna Solutions is hiring a full-time Team Lead, Technical Solutions to lead Technical Solutions Specialists through requirements gathering, payment solution configuration, and implementation. The role combines API integration, troubleshooting, solution architecture, client consulting, project management, and team mentoring, while collaborating with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and technical support teams. It is a hybrid position based in Oakville, Ontario, with three days per week in the office, and offers a compensation range of $100,000 to $125,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles managing complex integrations
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, API webhooks, and integration troubleshooting using Postman
Proficiency with Git/version control and distributed systems
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
Demonstrated consultant skills, including client management, emotional intelligence, and proactive communication
Experience collaborating with product teams on new feature development and implementation
Understanding of financial models and payment processing and settlement
Preferred Qualifications: SQL expertise for data reporting and analytics
Proficiency with AI technologies
Experience in the public sector or government technology
