TransPerfect is hiring a Team Lead to manage a squad of 6–10 full-stack engineers within its TechOps division. The role combines hands-on full-stack development and production code ownership with technical leadership, architectural decision-making, code review, CI/CD improvement, incident resolution, team mentoring, recruitment, sprint planning, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires 15+ years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in a formal Team Lead or Senior Technical Leadership role, along with deep .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, microservices, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud, and Agile expertise.
