HackerOne is hiring a Team Lead, Technical Services to lead and develop a growing team of Triage Analysts in its Pune hub. The role manages hiring, onboarding, performance, quality, workflows, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and operational metrics while supporting vulnerability assessment delivery. It requires 6+ years of relevant corporate experience, 2+ years of people management experience, knowledge of bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure, and the ability to work from the Pune office four to five days per week. Compensation is ₹26L–₹30L with equity, and visa/work permit sponsorship is not available.
