MoonPay is hiring a Team Lead, Trust & Safety Operations to lead a Bangalore-based analyst team across fraud operations and disputes or chargebacks workflows. The role owns team performance, coaching, operational execution, quality, SLAs, escalations, process improvement, and AI-enabled operational enhancements, while partnering with L2 analysts and other teams to improve fraud controls, decision quality, customer experience, and operational scalability.
