Crisp is hiring a Team Lead Warehouse to manage Assistant Team Leads and warehouse employees across different shifts in a warehouse near Zaandam. The role oversees inbound and outbound grocery flow, order preparation, team motivation and safety, process improvement, and employee coaching. Candidates need management and operational experience, strong overview skills, problem-solving ability, Dutch language understanding, and willingness to work irregular hours and in cold rooms or freezers. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,742–€3,275 plus holiday, evening, and weekend premiums, training, travel reimbursement, pension, and other benefits.
