The position leads approximately 40 employees, trains and deploys staff, develops production processes, coordinates work and capacity, improves productivity, and maintains departmental key figures. Candidates need technical or commercial training, further training as an Industrial Master or Technician, several years of professional experience, production leadership experience, and experience with CAQ, MES, and ERP systems.
