The employer is hiring a Team Lead / Workshop Manager (Electrical) – High Voltage & Battery Technology to lead and support a workshop team in diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and upgrading electric forklifts and high-voltage systems. The role includes capacity planning, safety compliance with VDE and DGUV, technical support for complex control and error issues, and coordination with workshop management and spare parts. Candidates need further training as a Meister or technician in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable field, several years of professional experience, people-management ability, strong safety and customer orientation, and excellent German skills.
