HDR is seeking a Project Coordinator Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Project Coordinators. The role involves managing team capacity, setting standards for project coordination outputs, resolving coordination issues, and promoting compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Team Leader will coordinate project administration and delivery support across the project lifecycle, maintaining project records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with client communications.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: A minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
Ability to manage proposal preparation, contract review and negotiation, client relationship and win strategy for medium to large EPC Projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
