Mecca is hiring a hands-on Team Leader to run a designated area during live bingo, slots, food, and beverage venue service. The role involves briefing, positioning, motivating, and coaching team members; managing rotas and breaks; maintaining customer-service, speed, and cleanliness KPIs; completing safety and compliance checks; and escalating issues or incidents. Candidates should have strong people skills, a customer-first mindset, be organised and calm under pressure, and have experience guiding a team in hospitality, retail, or leisure.
