Description
The Operations Team Leader will lead a production team in a manufacturing environment, delivering production plans, managing resources and people, improving performance, maintaining quality and cleaning standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role requires degree-level education, at least five years of people-management experience, Microsoft and Excel proficiency, communication skills, and Lean methodology experience; HACCP and NEBOSH training are desirable. The schedule is Tuesday to Friday 06:45–19:00 and Tuesday to Thursday 18:45–07:00 on a two-week cycle, averaging 41.12 hours.
