Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to supervise movie theater team members and help deliver a high-quality guest experience. The role involves organizing daily work, coordinating breaks, training and mentoring staff across concessions, box office, guest services, and usher operations, delegating tasks, resolving minor employee and guest issues, maintaining clean and safe areas, and providing performance feedback to managers. Applicants must be at least 16, have at least three months of relevant guest-facing experience, communicate effectively in English, work independently or collaboratively, and be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
