Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to organize daily team operations, coordinate breaks, train and mentor employees across concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, maintain clean and safe guest areas, provide performance feedback to managers, address policy violations, and resolve minor guest concerns. The role requires applicants to be at least 18, have at least three months of relevant guest-facing experience, communicate effectively in English, and be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods. The starting pay is $18.40 per hour, or up to $18.90 per hour for applicants with prior Harkins experience.
