Description
The Production Cell Supervisor is responsible for determining work procedures, preparing schedules, expediting workflow, assigning duties, monitoring productivity and quality, ensuring supplies and safety equipment are available, training employees, leading problem-solving activities, enforcing SOPs and work instructions, and resolving employee conflicts. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely while standing 95% of the day.
