Harkins Theatres is hiring a Team Leader to organize daily theater operations, coordinate breaks, train and mentor team members across concessions, box office, guest services, and ushering, delegate tasks, resolve minor employee and guest concerns, maintain clean and safe guest areas, and provide performance feedback to managers. Applicants must be at least 16, have at least three months of guest services, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience, communicate effectively in English, work independently and collaboratively, and be available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
