AriensCo is hiring a Team Leader in Assembly for its 1st-shift manufacturing team in Brillion, Wisconsin. The role leads assembly team members, maintains and improves standard work, monitors cycle time against takt time, trains employees, supports production goals, solves root-cause problems, and applies lean, 6S, safety, quality, productivity, and delivery practices. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of standard work and takt time, training and communication skills, basic computer skills, TWI training, and the ability to become torque certified; past leadership experience and additional lean or manufacturing education are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with starting pay of $26.00 plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
