Description
The B20 Assembly Team Leader leads manufacturing personnel in safely machining and fabricating quality parts on schedule, while serving as a technical resource and overseeing project, cost, quality, safety, 6S, and Lean Manufacturing objectives. The role includes job planning, production control, troubleshooting, CNC programming coordination, overtime scheduling, personnel assignment, performance evaluation, corrective action, and team development. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant machining or fabrication experience, and five years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience is desired but not required.
