Description
ABM is hiring a Cleaning and Security Supervisor in Wallsend to support the Site Manager and act as the on-site point of contact when the Soft Services Manager is absent. The role supervises cleaning and security teams, manages staff scheduling and cover, audits cleaning standards, maintains equipment and supplies, supports evacuations and client service, and provides training on cleaning equipment. It requires a supervisory cleaning or security experience, relevant SIA and IOSH qualifications, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced shopping centre environment.
