Absolute Pets is hiring a Retail Community Leader to manage day-to-day retail operations at a store, including sales, visual merchandising, stocking, administration, staff management, customer service, and community engagement. The role also involves developing local store initiatives, coordinating activities, building relationships with pet owners and community groups, and representing the brand in the local community. Candidates need Grade 12, 1–2 years of leadership or people-management experience, pet-industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, computer literacy, and a valid driver's license with reliable transport.
