The role leads the upper-year teaching team, coaches colleagues, safeguards education quality, initiates improvements, contributes to school policy and portfolios, and maintains contact with parents and external partners. The position requires approximately 5–10 years of experience, a clear vision of green vmbo education, strong communication, decisiveness, and trust-building skills. It is a full-time appointment with a maximum salary of €7,020, vacation benefits, pension, travel reimbursement, and an 8.33% year-end bonus.
