Benchmark Human Services is hiring a Team Leader for its High Behavior Group Homes to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role manages staffing schedules, home safety and maintenance, financial and healthcare information, person-centered treatment, meals, safety drills, documentation, crisis situations, and 24/7 coverage. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required; two years of experience working with people with ID/DD and some supervision experience are preferred. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits, with a salary of $22–$24 per hour.
